I am Penny, the founder of HWC Coffee. To me, specialty coffee is more than just a drink; it represents a lifestyle and a shared experience.
Discovering specialty coffee felt like witnessing an amazing story. This inspired me to travel to Panama, one of the world’s best coffee origins, to learn about coffee cultivation with Mr. Graciano Cruz.
As an SCA-certified instructor, I focus on coffee education and certification, ensuring quality through our ISO-certified facility. My goal is to create an international specialty coffee chain and bring Taiwan’s coffee to the global stage.
